A lot more is going on, but I rearranged my power for my radios and now my SDS200 causes a "pop" noise via my mini-mixer every 3 minutes and 50 seconds...but only if the mixer is powered off. The audio for the SDS doesn't go trough the mixer so that's not a cause. The mixer is wired to a BT transmitter and obviously turning off the BT stops the pop since the sound goes no where at that point. Both the mixer and SDS... Read more View article »

You are also not limited to one or two bands. With the Unication pager you can only monitor 1 system and 1 site of a system at a time. 2) Uniden SDS150 is easier to program using Sentinel Software than the Unication software. Something like the desk mounts that are now popping up on eBay for the SDS150 (see attached image), but with a base that fits in the cup holder, would be ideal. (There is one cup holder mount on eBay right now, but it doesn't look like it holds the radio at much of an angle if any, and definitely not up out of the cup holder.) View article »
