To my big surprise all audio clip not mather the length have the same 15sec recording from Weather radio which state "Weather Radio Canada Dec 20th.... I seen on the wiki 2 new sites are coming for the IPSC, these sites seem weird they seem to be building 4 towers on each of the 2 sites. Possibly gonna be a simulcast system for Newton county. On the Unidens it spends roughly a second on the site and then quickly does one scan through of the conventional stuff in a fraction of a second so the whole scan process is very lop-sided towards the trunked stuff. Of course a way to somewhat alleviate the issue is to set the conventional system's "Hold Time" to 1 second or more. I'm just wondering if that same issue happens on Whistler scanners. View article »

I do not see a site in Jefferson County for the SLERS P25 system, but there is a Monticello (Jefferson County) site listed for the SLERS EDACS system... so I guess (if the notation is accurate) that these agencies are using the SLERS EDACS system.
