I have read a few reviews here and there, but as always, I like to hear directly from actual experienced end-users here. The amount of trash, trolling, nitpicking, swearing, threatening behavior, name calling, and unprofessional banter is leaving me to reconsider even taking a ham course to get my license. 03-17-26 SDS100 Volume Knob Broken Off So, I messed up. I dropped the scanner and it landed perfectly on the knob bending it, so stupidly I tried bending it back and the shaft snapped in half. I believe the other half is still inside the scanner (see photos). I would like to get it fixed, how does that work pricing wise? It appears that the simulcast site for the area is the "Underwood/Mills Co Simulcast", which would cover the greater Council Bluffs/Omaha area.
