I have a few questions from those who do it now. 1-What is the recommended spec for the pc ? particularly CPU and RAM 2-Apparently there are now multiple software packages, I'm primarily looking a scanning some trunk systems but some conventional systems, which software packages would you recommend? 3-Lastly what SDR dongle to get, and how many do I need? 01-30-26 Need help Hytera rd982S I recently purchased 3 hytera RD982S (uhf 400-470) spit repeaters from a SK estate.The problem I am having is when I try to program them both the PC37 and 47 cables... 01-30-26, 18:31 pm I recently purchased 3 hytera RD982S (uhf 400-470) spit repeaters from a SK estate.The problem I am having is when I try to program them both the PC37 and 47 cables upon power up I hear the usb tone and after approx 10 secs it diconnects the usb and won't read the repeater.Acts like it is dealer locked out as none of the front keys work and the displays don't light up.All 3 do exactly the same thing.The back plate show V6.1.03.003.I don't know if it has been updated as I can't read it.Any... Radio was a Kenwood as seen here: Saskatchewan Dept. of Highways I plugged 168.0600 MHz into my old Icom R10 with only a a whip antenna on it and could here them in the clear without the NXDN digital being used.
