Have been having zero luck with the programming software and cable. 46U cable is plugged in, KPG-D7 software is running. I try to get info from Receiver and it doesn't do anything. Keeps getting an error. Very frustrating. Unsure if the IP address needs to be changed on the computer, just using the default but can't tell if that is right. Is it encrypted now? I only had a unication and no scanner with me so couldn't do much to figure it out. Nothing changed with my programming so I am worried it's one of the two options I suggested. The database has the (assumed) old tornado siren activation. It does not have the possible new digital channels for the same. I was thinking the city's CEMA would be on MOSWIN with all the other city departments but I have yet to hear them. Any ideas? View article »
