It looked pretty rough in the photos and was being sold in non working condition. Seller said it sat in storage for a few years and was tested for power on only. I took a chance and snagged it. Upon receiving it, it powered up and actually transmitted, but no RX at all, and the meter was stuck at S9. From what I've read, with the exception of the desktop cradle charger and Bluetooth, the other improvements could have been made to the SDS100 that many of us purchased for the base price of $700 when it first came out, I checked and even with the SDS150, the user still has to purchase the three protocol update (DMR, NXDN, Waterfall, etc) at $65 each.
