I have submitted it to the database. I ran Unitrunker and was able to identify the signal as Site 2 of System 9D2, with no site neighbors, and 1 control channel, 3 alternate control channels. Observations: Fire dispatch on 7B lost the automated voice dispatch on 12/3 11am. A bunch of short junk transmissions for a while, then replaced with a human voice. However they aren't putting everything out over the air, probably resource constrained, who knows. Came back briefly but went away again.
