I have manually created and loaded an AES256 key onto the radio using a KVL5000 with the correct CKR id for the TG I am using. I set the frequency (154.055), and it will show the A and B tones when a call is dispatched. The problems I'm having are: 1. No matter what delay I set, the scanner stops on the first tone out and won't proceed. It records one big file until I press resume. 2.
