I have radio central and cps 2.0 The programming is stumping me in regards to things such as contacts. Does it matter if they are "members" or "available"? All radio alias/ids are correct/functioning. But some radios RX/TX some dont and some will only RX but show to be receiving signal, but no audio. The dealers techs arent knowledgable(their own admission) with ION radios. They just referred me to motorola tech support... Read more View article »

It has no issues making power but the B side PA is pulling about 1 amp more than the A side. At 50 watts - A is pulling 2.976 and B is pulling 2.200. At 100 watts, A = 4.032 and B = 3.080.It is spectrally clean and there are no other issues other than this. I have another PA where A & B are within a few tenths ma of each other. Noticed this past week that randomly (from my perspective) both police and fire TGs on the MSP Type II TRS (Upper/Mid-Cape Site 004) are hanging open with a static... 02-07-26, 18:43 pm Noticed this past week that randomly (from my perspective) both police and fire TGs on the MSP Type II TRS (Upper/Mid-Cape Site 004) are hanging open with a static carrier. While open, though the scanner is in ID Scan mode, voice traffic from many other TGs on the system can be heard on the ‘hung open’ TG. Thoughts? I‘ve reprogrammed three times. RIDs: 2264375 to 2264385 were all were sending data... 02-07-26, 18:09 pm I’m seeing new talkgroups on the PPSTN in 2022. TG 6208 Encrypted no coms and TG 6209 Encrypted coms between RIDS. RIDs: 2264375 to 2264385 were all were sending data grants every 60 seconds. Seeing 2 to 6 RIDs on local site usually on Mondays and Fridays and one Tuesday. They usually show up around 10 am and are gone by 2:30 pm most action is in the hours about noon. For... 02-07-26, 17:55 pm Hi all, I'm watching 1R DSD+ window and I've noticed my local P25 system is sending out a different control channel indicated by RFSS_STS_BCST status broadcast. For example, the screenshot shows CC=853.8125. but in reality, the CC for the system is transmitting on 856.7125. When that happens, DSD+FL jumps to 853.8125 and then nothing. There is nothing transmitting on 853.8125 and the frequency is not even part of the system. Does anyone know why? Thanks View article »
