I didn't try them at the same time, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Proscan, still the same issue the computer I got in 2017, which has Intel 3, and the computer I got this year that has Intel 7 works fine, but the computer I got in 2022 that has Intel has the issue, this is one I need to use it on View article »

I do not see a specific report that would identify this in the user reports of the PNRM suite. Genwatch would likely be a great resource to do this but that is not in place.
