I've programmed GMRS channels into both of them. One of them can TX and RX just fine. The other one seems to be frequency-locked. It cannot TX in GMRS frequencies. See attached picture. The amount of trash, trolling, nitpicking, swearing, threatening behavior, name calling, and unprofessional banter is leaving me to reconsider even taking a ham course to get my license.
