DMR Conventional with ARC4 works fine with MOTOTRBO Enhanced encryption. When I change the TRBO to Symmetric Key (AES256) encryption, and then set the VP to use a hardware AES256 key with the same TEK, Key ID, and even SLN/Key Number (TRBO is software AES so not really a true SLN/CKR).
