Today I noticed it was more and more happening while scanning or sitting on a channel. I put the 100 and 150 on same channel and waited for the chirp noise. I heard it and replayed the audio back on both and 100 doesn't have it the 150 has it. This is on a P25 Trunk system. Does anyone have that issue? Also it has the newest FW installed. View article »

Both were on 857.9375 Mt Tam (Gold): Back in July, I heard Northern ask a State Parks unit for a radio check on "the 660" (it sounded like he was going to switch to another radio for the check). This evening, I heard what sounded like a supervisor asking Northern "did you try him on the 660 radio?" Does anyone know that "the 660 radio" is? View article »
