I also don't... 01-09-26, 19:02 pm OK, I see TWO systems for THP in Shelby County. One is labeled THP HQ and the other one is Arlington. My question is who uses one and who uses the other. I also don't see any TG listed for these systems unless I am missing them. The only thing I have in my scanner now is District Four, Dispatch and Car To Car. I'm assuming the VHF low/highband channels aren't used any more. However, I wonder if I'm missing traffic having only one of the two systems in Shelby County in my radio. Thanks... I have been attempting to program it with the Sentinel software from Uniden, with a good deal of success. I am able to program in essentially everything I want but I have found that Sentinel is rather annoying and unintuitive to learn/use. When it rains, I disconnect the coax from the... 01-09-26, 18:24 pm Unusual question... I have a small "base station" in my room. 25 foot coax goes out the window to a A-99 antenna. When it rains, I disconnect the coax from the radio but the antenna end of the coax stays on the antenna. The connection is not sealed and I know moisture can seep into the coax at the PL259 connector. After the rains, I let everything dry for day before using the radio (doing that right now) My question is when I reconnect to my radio, I always check SWR and it is always good...
