TRI-CITY is a YSF room which the owner of the repeater helped me program, and it works perfectly through my hotspot in DMR2YSF mode. As far as I can tell, I followed the same steps exactly, but I can't get a response from the Parrot or any other DMR entry. I must be leaving something out, but I can't figure out what it is.
