I looked online and some references to pulling all power for 15 second and rebooting would help some issues, but that didn't work. I only get these screens now (and maybe a few others if i fiddle with buttons) but the normal menu pages arent coming up now OTP App mode 0 alerts received NONE user ID NONE lockout menu NONE talk group menu NONE profile... The Lexington county combined dispatch center is still severely understaffed and at times only having 4 dispatchers/call takers on a shift. You will commonly hear the dispatcher say “standby I’m on a 911” or “standby I’m on a call”. All 3 of the municipal law dispatch talk groups are almost always patched. I know Moto used this same series of chargers for the Jedi radios (NTN7209A) and EFJ used them for their 5100 series as well. I removed the two T9 screws on the bottom and tried squeezing the the finger clamps open but it will not come apart. I can find no information about them, not even a manual, online or on the new MOL.
