I have a good cable, driver installed, software working, windows 11 on PC and a laptop. When I try to download from scanner, the progress bar gets to about 90% and then just stops. Two different cables, two different computers, same result. Thes tow cables and computers work perfectly with PSREdit, not with ARC. Any ideas? Thanks for any help Bob in New Jersey View article »

A lot of those doing it is more used and linked to ZELLO a two way walkie talkie app The people who linked the repeaters to ZELLO and the internet are there ones breaking the rules.
