I don't remember, but I want to start playing around with decoding the Meteor M2 satellite. I see that the original satellite is no longer working but there are now TLE's for "Meteor M2-2 and M2-3". They just don't seem to have been on the ball since Brother Scare's departure. Kinda weird when Brother Scare is the biggest SW signal from TN, and it's not WWCR. Have these channels scanning constantly. Have each channel in the zone assigned to a certain identical p25 talkground, to filter out other traffic.
